Designing and building the updated recipe landing page relevant to the time of year has allowed me to improve on my existing skills as well as allowing me to explore how to use AEM to build the page and schedule to go live. I have realised that there are similar parallels between AEM and Wordpress, which is why some of the elements of the software was easier to pick up.
By having a test page is useful as you can preview what you have done. It's also so important to check what it looks like on different platforms and orientations – sometimes you need to go into the "container" and edit for example, the type to make sure it sits well with the size of the screen. I understood the importance of distinguishing CTA's differently whilst also making sure that it leads to the relevant pages and there are no broken links.
