This brief consisted of making 2 static pins for Pinterest which showcase 2 different recipes for Valentine's Day. I had the opportunity to work with the new toolkit alongside making this work with the template for the pins given to me. It was crucial to highlight the name of the recipe as well as cropping the recipe image in an impactful way. Aspects such as making sure there was not any important factors of the asset (type) at the bottom of the pin was important as this is where the description would go which would cover over the top. This is why using a mockup to visualise the final design was beneficial as problematic areas were visible.
